1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and CODARA LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and its original content are owned by or licensed to CODARA LLC. The Content is protected by applicable United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

3. Unauthorized Use
Except where expressly permitted by applicable law or authorized in writing by CODARA LLC, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, modify, translate, distribute, sell, license, publicly display, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit the Site or Content. You may not remove copyright or proprietary notices, misrepresent CODARA work as your own, use automated systems to extract substantial portions of the Site, or use the Content to create a competing design, template, dataset, or product.
4. Copyright Reports
If you believe material available through the Site infringes a copyright you own or control, send a written notice identifying the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material and its location, your contact information, a good-faith statement, a statement made under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act, and your physical or electronic signature.
