Protected materials include, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website's original visual design, creative selection and arrangement, user interfaces, source code, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, backend code, text, articles, graphics, illustrations, animations, videos, photographs, downloadable materials, brand assets, and other original content created by or for CODARA LLC.
Limited permitted use
CODARA LLC grants visitors a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view publicly available pages solely for lawful personal or internal business evaluation. No ownership rights are transferred. No other license is granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.
Copying and derivative works prohibited

- Presenting CODARA content, code, layouts, graphics, or other creative work as your own or as the work of another party.
- Removing copyright, attribution, or proprietary notices.
- Scraping, harvesting, downloading, or extracting protected materials through automated or manual means for republication, resale, dataset creation, or model training.
- Reverse engineering protected implementation details except where applicable law permits it.
These restrictions do not limit uses expressly permitted by applicable law.
Licensing and written permission
Any commercial use, republication, adaptation, integration, white-label use, reproduction in another product, or creation of derivative work requires a separate written license signed by CODARA LLC. A licensing request must identify the requested material, intended use, distribution method, territory, duration, and whether the use is commercial.
Send licensing and permission requests to codara.llc@gmail.com. Permission is not granted unless CODARA LLC provides express written approval.
Third-party materials
Third-party names, trademarks, software, media, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not transfer ownership to CODARA LLC.
Infringement notices
Send copyright infringement notices to the legal contact at codara.llc@gmail.com. To allow prompt review, include:
- Your full legal name, organization, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A clear identification of the original copyrighted work and, when available, its CODARA URL.
- The exact URL or location of the allegedly infringing material.
- A description sufficient to identify and compare the original and allegedly infringing materials.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Knowingly submitting a false or materially misleading notice may result in legal liability.
Enforcement and reservation of rights
CODARA LLC reserves the right to investigate suspected infringement, preserve evidence, request removal or disabling of access, submit notices to hosting providers, platforms, search engines, and other intermediaries, and pursue any remedies available under applicable law. Failure to enforce a right in one instance does not waive that right in any other instance.
